Your gifts and talents make an impact here at Shepherd! From worship greeters to children’s church helpers, there is something for everyone.
Do you love working with children? Our Shepherd Kids ministry is the perfect place for you! We need volunteers to teach and lead Bible lessons and activities. Kids meet on Sunday mornings during the 9:30am service, both campuses.
Serve the Lord with your smile! Welcome and greet people before worship services.
Serve the Lord behind the scenes in a special way! Help set-up and clean-up weekly holy communion. Co-leaders will also procure supplies, care for altar and linens, prepare schedules and more.
Serve the Lord in worship! Help distribute weekly communion at the altar.
Serve the Lord with fun and food! Serve snacks and share stories between services.
Serve the Lord with kindness! Reach out by phone to several other members a couple of times a month, report back monthly, attend quarterly follow-up meetings.
Send care through the mail! Send birthday cards to a couple dozen members. Cards and stamps can be provided.
