Our Commitment to Our Community:
In our commitment to our youth participants, volunteers, ministry staff, congregation members and per our self-directed policies governing the ministry as a whole, the Shepherd Executive Leadership Team wants to always ensure there is a path to report a concern of “wrong doing” in the easiest and quickest path possible, especially if the individual wants to remain anonymous for a fear of retribution. We have contracted with Safe Hotline, an unaffiliated third party, to facilitate this process. The process is handled in a confidential manner and informed to the appropriate leadership member for the level of concern that has been raised for further investigation.
