Family drama kept Brad and his grandmother apart for six years. Life’s business took away another four years. Finally, with a tiny step toward one another, they rekindled their relationship. And so their adventures began. Grandma Joy regretted that she never traveled, so Brad decided they should visit National Parks together. After eight years, Joy is 93, and she and her grandson have hiked, rafted, boated, flew and tent-camped around all 63 American National Parks. What a wonderful story of forgiveness and reconciliation, renewed strength, love and joy. Paul tells us in Romans 11, “In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well.” Those two adventure well and learned to put one another first.
