Wonderful Wool
Do you know where wool originates? Sad to say, our daughter graded a paper by a college student who believed that wool grew on trees. She apparently did not know the truth about sheep. That’s about as startling as Isaiah’s prophecy, “In that day the wolf and the lamb will live together; the leopard will lie down with the baby goat…” Imagine the day when predators won’t attack and prey won’t be afraid. Peace! Jesus, the Lamb of God, will turn the land into a glorious place. However, notice the catch to living there – you have to know the Lamb. Those that believe wool grows on trees so to speak, don’t know the truth about the Lamb and true salvation. For that reason, may the Lord give us words and wisdom to share God’s love story with someone who might not understand. Then, we will join with the multitude in heaven who shout, “Salvation comes from our God on the throne and from the Lamb!” May our thank-full hearts be filled and overflow with grace this weekend. Living for the Lamb with you, Tracy
