Each Christian has their own testimony, their personal story of salvation, their witness of life with Christ. However, there is an overarching testimony in the hearts of all Christians. This testimony binds us together and binds us to Jesus. The apostle John says it this way in 1 John 5, “Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself.” Then he adds, “And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.” THE testimony. Absolutely clear. And all believers in the Son of God have the testimony in themselves. It is part of us, shaping our decisions, giving us hope for this life and all eternity. With hearts full of thanksgiving, we share our testimony, His testimony, THE testimony. ~Tracy
