Jesus asks His disciples in Mark Chapter 8, “But who do you say I am?” That has been His question to each of us since the first ask. It is also good to turn that question around. Who does Jesus say you are? If you get the answer right to the first question, the second question is much easier. Combining answers puts our hearts in the proper place. When I consider faithful people I know, I think Jesus says you are His brave, compassionate, devoted, excellent servant. You are His protected, redeemed, empowered and special child. Our hearts should be reflective this Lent and we should think deeply on our Savior Who died and rose for each of His dearly loved lambs. When Jesus is in His proper place in our hearts, we can jump for joy, little lambs, because we are in our proper place in His heart. ~Tracy
